Virtuoso Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, stock purchase or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Our management team will be led by Jeffrey D. Warshaw, our Chairman/CEO and Michael O. Driscoll, our Chief Financial Officer, both of whom have had careers identifying, evaluating and managing organic and inorganic growth and value creation initiatives.

Virtuoso Acquisition Corp. priced its $230 million initial public offering on January 22nd, 2021.

While we are evaluating opportunities in various sectors, we believe the deal-making experience, deep relationship network and management expertise of our management team, board and sponsor will enable highly attractive investment opportunities in certain high growth sectors including digital platforms, digital marketing, subscription revenue models and adTech.
